If i have to attach to springs in parallel to model some properties of a hybrid joint, do i need to define two nodes? or can i attach both springs to the same initial-ending nodes?

Same nodes should be fine.. No reason why you could not attach two elements to the same nodes, even if the two elements are laying on top of each other.
