REMMENIKOV HYSTERYSIS PARAMATERS e1,e2,e3,e4 tube steel bracing

If anyone know, how we choose remmenikov hysterysis parameters e1,e2,e3,e4 for a tube steel bracing members like
circle tube D168X4 , tube d193.7x4.5 etc .
for example frame parameters for D168x4 :
28 FRAME-D168,3X4

The above parameters are the right for bracing with length 6.70 m?
the units [m]
tension load = 485 KN , Fy = 235 Mpa
Buckling load = -226 KN
minor moment inertia Iz=0,000006971 m4
plastic section modulus S=0.000108 m3
end1= pinned , end2=pinned
If anyone help i will appriciate! many nonlinear time history analysis will be run for CBF (3-20 storey) with tube bracing , and those parameters determinate the results , and the seismic response of all structures
